Due to our continuous growth and the exciting launch of our brand-new warehouse facility we are looking for a traffic coordinator to join our expanding team.
Your role and responsibilities
As our Traffic coordinator you will oversee daily transport operations manage exceptions and drive compliance. Your main focus areas:
Free Zone Customs & Compliance: Take ownership of Gate-In / Gate-Out (GI/GO) customs management ensuring that customs declarations on receipt duties and stock-out declarations are fully compliant with Free Zone regulations. Maintain daily contact with customs brokers.
Regional Export Coordination: Oversee and optimize complex export processes to countries across the GCC region ensuring all specific regional documentation and compliance standards are met.
Shipment & Document Management: Ensure all shipments are dispatched as planned with the right carriers. Guarantee correct outbound data ...
