A Traffic Controller plays a critical role in ensuring safe, efficient, and uninterrupted movement of construction trains and construction equipment within a project site.
1. Traffic Planning & Control
Plan and regulate the movement of trains, track machines, and maintenance vehicles within the project section. Allocate track access windows to different teams without causing conflicts and ensure minimal disruption to ongoing construction and operations. Direct and regulate movement of construction vehicles and equipment on the mainline tracks including turnouts and crossovers in station areas. Ensure smooth flow of traffic with minimal congestion or disruption 2. Safety Management
