Referment is partnering with a fast‑growing European equities trading venue to hire an experienced Trading Operations Analyst to join their Market Operations team in Madrid.

This is an exciting opportunity for a mid‑to‑senior level professional to join a highly collaborative exchange environment supporting both European and US trading activity. The role provides direct exposure to market operations, post‑trade workflows, client onboarding, and trading infrastructure. As the team has recently expanded at the junior level, we are specifically seeking an experienced individual who can hit the ground running. This role is focused on market monitoring and operational control rather than sales or trading functions.
