We’re delighted to be working exclusively on a newly created Team Operations Coordinator role within a highly successful, tech-forward alternative investment management firm. With a strong presence across global markets and a fast-paced trading environment, the business offers an exceptional opportunity to join a collaborative and high-performing team based in central London. This is a varied, hands‑on role supporting one or more trading desks and offers real scope to shape how things are done as the function continues to grow.

The Role

• Support onboarding of new joiners onto the trading desk, coordinating inductions and day‑one logistics
• Manage desk moves and trading floor space planning, using strong emotional intelligence to understand team dynamics
• Coordinate logistics for visitors and external guests
• Organise team events ranging from small dinners to larger social gatherings
