Coordinate all tasks related to the planning and execution of tradeshows, conferences, sponsorships, and events.
Responsibilities
- Arrange booth space and booth design
- Order additional services such as internet, electricity, and lead retrieval
- Register attendees
- Prepare budgets
- Administer contracts and oversee payments
- Serve as the primary point of contact between internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Logistics, R&D) to ensure clear communication and alignment
- Consistently follow up and complete tasks to meet deadlines and event milestones
- Research potential tradeshows, evaluate relevance and cost, and submit proposals for management approval
- Track tradeshow performance metrics (attendance, lead distribution, ROI) and provide post‑show follow‑up to Sales
