This is a leading global commodities trading house with an extensive international trading network across energy and other commodity markets. They are looking to hire a Trade Support Officer to join their established team and provide operational support for their energy trading business in Singapore.

Role

Reporting to Head of Trade Support. The role will oversee the post-trade process by ensuring trade details, costs, and fees are accurately reconciled between the company's ETRM system, counterparties, brokers, and exchanges. The role responsibilities include preparing and issuing trade confirmations, contracts, and invoices, resolving trade discrepancies, and approving broker invoices for payment. The role also manages the settlement and inventory of carbon emission credits across various registries, ensuring accurate reconciliation with internal records.
