Job Responsibilities:- Responsible for timely and accurate trade/data entries
- Compile, organize and maintain records of business transaction
- Work closely with front office staff to resolve customers’ queries as they arise and escalate when appropriate
- Maintain up-to-date customer records
- Independently take initiative to see tasks through to completion
- Assist in ad-hoc projects/assignments as required
- Good communication skills in English & Chinese Mandarin is required
