Trade Sales Support Manager

Games Workshop has an exciting opportunity for a proactive and detail‑driven Sales Support Manager to join our European Trade Team in Barcelona. If you’re passionate about aligning operations with strategy and optimising systems to improve sales team effectiveness, then this could be the perfect role for you!

In this role, you’ll coach, lead and inspire a small operational support team, ensuring all systems and processes are fit for purpose, effectively implemented and performing within the agreed parameters. With your forward‑thinking and continuous improvement mindset, you’ll ensure all new systems and processes boost sales effectiveness and are implemented without impacting the sales team’s day‑to‑day sales performance.
