Trade Operations Manager - Risk & Process Improvement

Citigroup Inc. is seeking an intermediate- to senior-level Transaction Capture Manager in Bogotá. You will lead a mid-sized team supporting documentary credits, manage trade capture processes, and drive risk controls and process improvements on the front-to-back workflow.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, coordinating with trading desks, and ensuring audit/compliance adherence across the trade life cycle. Fluency in Spanish and English is required; Portuguese is a plus.
