Trade, Operations and Financial Accountant

Period: Fixed term contract (maternity cover) for 6 months, possibility of extending 3 extra months, depending on company requirements.

An overseas based mining company with an investment in a South African based mine is looking for a driven person, who is able to take initiative and work independently, to run their finance and general business operations for a fixed period. The South African Branch is focused on marketing of product produced by the mine operations and, while the direct marketing will be handled separately, this role will be crucial in liaising with overseas based customers and ensuring smooth trade related operations in addition to running the general finance functions of the Branch.
