Trade Operations Administrator - 6 Months

About the Opportunity

• Help coordinate shipments (cargo ships into port and receiving port) know how to handle any issues with this
• Experience reading/executing contracts for shipments
• Responsibility for laytime calculations, freight payments, and addressing any customer related post-fixture queries.
• Coordinating with banks & customers for the timely issuance of fully workable letters of credit in accordance with sales contracts.

About You

• Sea freight shipping experience needed
• Experience with reading/understanding contracts
• Finance background is needed. Understanding what a line of credit is and how they work/know how to receive payments for shipping

Pay Range

$30 - $35 / hour
