- Process and approve trade transactions and email instructions accurately and within the required turnaround time.
- Ensure all transaction details are correctly entered in the Trade System and related systems.
- Conduct proper screening of parties and goods involved in trade transactions.
- Validate and approve trade system postings, CASA overrides, debit/credit memos, Manager’s Checks, billing statements, and end-of-day balancing and reconciliation reports.
- Verify client signatures on all trade-related documents.
- Ensure trade transactions (foreign and domestic) are funded with Treasury Liquidity before the cutoff time.
