The Trade Compliance Analyst is responsible for gathering, monitoring, recording and analyzing trends, results, and making recommendations related to IMMEX program management. The Trade Compliance Analyst will be required to provide guidance on procedures, policies, scheduling, demand management and sharing with colleagues as appropriate, personal knowledge of all relevant Mexican import/export regulations and procedures; tariffs and duties; licenses and restrictions. The Trade Compliance Analyst will be responsible for execute FTA solicitation and qualifications, ensuring all necessary compliance documental support; Ability to explain the rules of origin of the different FTA signed with Mexico to internal colleagues and a strong knowledge of IMMEX management program.**
