Insight Global is looking for a Trade Support Analyst to join one of Canada’s top 5 banks. The analyst will support users on the Toronto Trade Floor, handling daily tasks involving hardware, software, and mobile issue configuration.
Responsibilities
Provide day‑to‑day support to users on the Toronto Trade Floor, addressing hardware, software, and mobile configuration issues in a timely manner.
Required Skills and Experience
- Desk support experience
- Fluent in Windows, including physical and virtual machines, and knowledgeable with Citrix
- Customer service experience
- Ownership and accountability
- Available for 5 days a week onsite
- Flexible to work occasional overtime
- Contractor position with transition to full time after 12 months
