Trade & Distribution Growth Manager

Monster Energy in Celaya, Mexico seeks a Trade Development Manager to drive distributor partnerships and implement strategic sales plans. You will own distributor performance within the Coca‑Cola Operating Unit territory, delivering results through sharp execution, negotiation, and strong relationship building.

You will train distributor teams, execute national and regional account programs, and monitor activity to optimize volume and profitability across Traditional and Modern Trade channels.
