Trade Development Supervisor

The Trade Development Supervisor is responsible for planning and driving profitable channel and account growth within an assigned business unit. The role translates approved brand and sales direction into structured trade marketing programs, ensures those programs are complete and properly documented before execution, and manages program budgets and return on investment. Working closely with Brand Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Trade Operations, the Trade Development Supervisor develops the trade growth strategy and monitors program performance to ensure agreed-upon results are delivered efficiently and on time.
