Trade compliance analyst (Ciudad Apodaca)

Job Summary

The Trade Compliance Analyst will be responsible for complying with the import/export operation in accordance with Government Trade Laws. This position is responsible for ensuring NIDEC MOEN KDM DRIVES-CT Apodaca facility is in full compliance and supports the BU gatekeepers with knowledge and day‑to‑day operations.

Main Responsibilities

• Provide support to the Company as it works toward achieving IMMEX, ANNEX 24/30, PROSEC, VAT‑IEPS, AEO & CTPAT program status, ensuring ongoing compliance across the business to keep the status maintained.
• Ensure compliance for all import/export transactions, validating the proper documents through Annex 24 system & Annex 30 bi‑monthly declarations.
• Ensure data integrity of the Annex 24 system.
• Support analysis and validation related to imports classified as “Change of Regime” resulting from the payment of applicable duties.
