Job SummaryThe Trade Compliance Analyst will be responsible for complying with the import/export operation in accordance with Government Trade Laws.
This position is responsible for ensuring NIDEC MOEN KDM DRIVES-CT Apodaca facility is in full compliance and supports the BU gatekeepers with knowledge and day‐to‐day operations.Main ResponsibilitiesProvide support to the Company as it works toward achieving IMMEX, ANNEX *****, PROSEC, VAT‐IEPS, AEO & CTPAT program status, ensuring ongoing compliance across the business to keep the status maintained.Ensure compliance for all import/export transactions, validating the proper documents through Annex 24 system & Annex 30 bi‐monthly declarations.Ensure data integrity of the Annex 24 system.Support analysis and validation related to imports classified as Change of Regime resulting from the payment of applicable duties.Generate KPI reports that demonstrate compliance with established requirements as required by the Trade Compliance Super...
