Responsibilities
- Assist in the implementation of sales programs, promotions, and activities in national and regional pharmacies across the assigned region.
- Ensure that all marketing materials, samples, and promotional tools are distributed to the right locations and used according to the program guidelines.
- Monitor the progress of in-field programs, ensuring that timelines, budgets, and standards are met.
- Conduct in-store merchandising and product placement activities, ensuring product visibility and compliance with the company's marketing strategy.
- Provide logistical support to the sales team by coordinating meetings, arranging product knowledge trainings, and scheduling visits to key accounts.
- Maintain an updated calendar of all scheduled field activities, sales calls, and training sessions.
- Assist in the coordination and execution of sales meetings, conferences, and trade events.
