Trade Ally Network Manager – Residential Programs
Location: Toronto or Ottawa preferred; candidates located elsewhere in Ontario will be considered.
Travel Requirement: Up to 30–70% travel across Ontario.
Ready to make a difference? ICF is seeking a Trade Ally Network Manager to support energy efficiency programs across Ontario. This role is responsible for recruiting, onboarding, managing, and optimizing the performance of trade allies delivering energy efficiency upgrades under the program. Reporting to the Project Coordinator, the Trade Ally Network Manager plays a critical role in ensuring a strong, high‑performing, and geographically distributed contractor network. This is a client‑facing, field‑based, intermediate‑level position that balances hands‑on relationship management with data‑driven performance oversight. The role requires regular travel throughout Ontario and significant on‑the‑road engagement with contractors and program partners.
