How You’ll Add Value

• Actively contribute to Volker Stevin Contracting safety culture, promoting a safe and productive work environment
• Use the track loader to backfill trenches, level soil, load trucks, haul aggregates, and move rock/debris
• Operate the track loader within an active site with other heavy equipment and ground personnel, maintaining awareness of surroundings
• Operate a track loader and other heavy equipment safely and appropriately
• Perform pre‑operational/safety checks and conduct routine cleaning and maintenance of the equipment
• Follow supervisor instructions regarding the required work area
• Possess a strong understanding of ground disturbance
• Operate other heavy equipment and perform construction‑related duties as required
• Have knowledge of underground utility construction materials, processes, and industry requirements
