**Track and Trace Coordinator | Tracking Logistics Coordinator**
**Education**:
Highschool diploma or equivalent. But Associates or College Degree preferred.
**Important!**
This is a bilingual position, we requiere a proficient English level.
**Must Have**:
- At least 80% English language proficiency.
- 1 year of experience in administrative support or customer service.
**Essential duties and responsibilities**:
- Proactively contact carriers and customers to ensure pickup and delivery appointments are set and trucks are in route when expected.
- Complete data entry after obtaining track and trace updates on shipments.
- Coordinate and assist with the collection of appropriate documents from carriers.
