**Main Responsibilities**:
- Conducts studies and market surveys that identify practices and trends to support the development of compensation and benefits strategies;
- Perform studies and establish proposes and tools for a better balance in the components of the total remuneration package, via establishment and maintenance of remuneration policies and processes, such as evaluation of positions guide, evaluation of career, etc., aiming internal balance, as well as the attraction and retention of personnel through policies that are sound, competitive and consistent with the values of the organization;
