TPRM (Specialist)

Job Description:

• TPRM Strategy & Operations: Design and execute end-to-end TPRM programs, including risk identification, assessment, and mitigation for multiple global clients.

• Global Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to international regulations such as FCPA , UK Bribery Act , Sanctions , Modern Slavery , and ESG standards across US, UK, Australia, and Europe.

• Due Diligence & Investigations: Lead Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) and Anti-Bribery engagements, conducting deep-dive financial and reputational assessments of third-party entities.

• Tool & Database Management: Utilize and implement industry-standard TPRM tools including Process Unity , Archer , OneTrust , LexisNexis , and BitSight .
