Strategic Land Manager (Planning)

£70k - £80k plus package.
We are working with a leading developer, who are looking to strengthen their strategic land team with an ambitious individual to work closely with the regional head of land and senior land & project manager, on a portfolio of major strategic land schemes. The role involves working on land acquisitions (inputting planning expertise), planning promotion, and early-stage development of projects.
This role would suit someone with a good strategic land, planning or immediate land background, who is keen to work on the full life cycle of projects, supporting the Regional Head of Strategic Land by sourcing and assessing new opportunities, managing planning and appraisal processes, coordinating consultant teams, and ensuring high standards of quality, health and safety, financial control and reporting
