Responsibilities

• Assist clients in planning and booking travel arrangements; provide guidance on destinations, accommodations, flights, and tour packages to ensure a smooth travel experience.
• Deliver excellent customer service and communication.
• Maintain strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Be familiar with popular travel destinations and trends.
• Handle travel emergencies and resolve issues efficiently.
• Apply sales and negotiation skills to promote tour packages and deals.
• Proficiency in using booking platforms, Microsoft Office, and CRM tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related field (preferred).
