What will you do:

• Support the development and execution of benefits communication strategies.
• Create and update content such as presentations and employee communications.
• Assist in managing relationships with external vendors and brokers.
• Maintain benefits documentation, trackers, and reporting dashboards.
• Ensure follow‑up on deliverables and deadlines.
• Collaborate with HR and cross‑functional teams on benefits initiatives.
• Support employee campaigns such as wellbeing initiatives and enrollment periods.
