Job Description Summary

The Total Rewards & Workforce Planning Expert will design and manage competitive, fair, and sustainable reward frameworks while ensuring that workforce planning is aligned with overall business strategy. This role provides strategic, data‑driven insights to support decision‑making regarding compensation, incentives, organizational structure, and headcount planning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and maintain compensation and benefits frameworks that align with company strategy, internal equity, and external market benchmarks.
  • Lead annual compensation processes, including salary reviews, short‑ and long‑term incentive schemes (STIP & LTIP), retention initiatives, and promotion adjustments.
