Job Purpose

The Total Rewards Specialist supports the Regional Total Rewards team in the design, implementation, and administration of core programs including job architecture, salary structures, and compensation benchmarking across EMEA region. This role will support the development of compliant and fair pay practices, ensuring compliance with the EU Pay Transparency Directive across European countries.
