Role Purpose & Key Responsibilities:
Develop and Implement Total Rewards Strategies and Programs
- Design and develop LSA Total Rewards programs in collaboration with the Global Rewards team which support the attraction, retention and motivation of employees with main focus on DTC roles.
Develop programs to meet both Corporate and Retail business objectives which help build a high performance organization.
- Engage key stakeholders, conduct employee/manager focus groups; implementation will involve developing communication toolkits, announcements, training HR and people managers on Total Rewards.
Compensation & Benefits Planning and Market Surveys
- Conduct C&B surveys and external benchmark exercises.
Analyze total compensation and take proactive actions to ensure our C&B programs remain competitive and aligned to global strategy and frameworks.
