Annual Compensation Cycle Project Management
Lead the end-to-end delivery of the annual compensation review cycle across the APAC region, partnering with the Regional Rewards team from planning and system preparation through implementation, completion, and post-cycle evaluation.
Develop and oversee comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, dependencies, and risk management.
Drive project governance by facilitating steering committee meetings, providing progress updates, managing stakeholder expectations, and supporting key decision-making.
Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to ensure timely and successful delivery.
Compensation System Design & Governance
Translate compensation strategies and annual review requirements into detailed functional and business requirements for the compensation platform (HRSoft).
