Overview
The Global Compensation Analyst supports the design, implementation, and governance of compensation programs and HR data processes across a multi-country organization.
This role is critical to sustaining key strategic initiatives and ensuring operational excellence across compensation, payroll validation, and HR systems. The analyst will play a hands‑on role in delivering high‑impact projects while strengthening data integrity, compliance, and internal consistency across global compensation practices.
You will work closely with HR Business Partners, Payroll, and external vendors to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and effective delivery of compensation programs and related processes across the organization.
