Total Reward Business Partner

The Role

This is an indefinite role, based from Malaysia, working in the Global Total Reward “Centre Of Expertise” team.

Your role as Business Partner will be to support the regions/business units and the central team and you will be expected to contribute towards the development of global reward strategy, principles and processes. You will lead on their local implementation in a designated geography (due to the fact that a lot of reward practice will be driven by local market practice, Total Reward business partners will have a geographic rather than pure business unit focus).

You will support regions/business units to attract, recruit, retain and motivate the skills and talent needed to achieve their strategic objectives.
