Toronto General Maintenance Technician Position

Akelius is seeking a General Maintenance Technician in Toronto, with shifts from 5pm to 1am. This role involves managing repairs and providing exceptional service to residents across multi-family properties.
As a technician reporting to an experienced Property Manager, you will tackle a variety of challenges, from minor repairs to emergency responses. Candidates should have three or more years of maintenance experience and a commitment to fostering a positive living environment for tenants through effective problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond swiftly to maintenance emergencies including plumbing and electrical
• Perform daily upkeep and repair tasks for assigned properties
• Handle residential maintenance requests efficiently
• Prepare and improve vacant apartments for occupancy
• Maintain clean and safe grounds around properties
Requirements:
