As a Concierge, your main focus will be providing excellent service and resolving visitor requests through various communication methods. You will also act as a POS super user, assisting the sales staff and coordinating with local concierge vendors. Your role includes participating in store events and ensuring privacy compliance is maintained throughout service interactions.
