Toolmaker / Apprentice Toolmaker

Turnkey Plastics is a growing injection molding company looking to add a Toolmaker or Apprentice Toolmaker to support mold builds, repairs, and maintenance.

We are open to entry-level, apprentices, or experienced toolmakers —we’re primarily looking for strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Assist with or build injection molds
• Repair and maintain existing molds
• Operate CNC and manual machines
• Read drawings and use precision measurement tools
• Support production and continuous improvement
• Maintain a safe and organized work area

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Basic machining or mechanical aptitude
