Tooling Programmer

Responsible for all kinds of steel and electrode NC-program for CNC Machine Center, wire-cut machine and prepares electrode design and EDM sheet for EDM process.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare steel and electrode NC-program for CNC Machine Center and Wire-Cut Machine.
• Support tooling personnel and manufacturing associates.
• Design electrode, prepare electrode checking drawing for QA and electrode EDM sheet for EDM process.
• Interpret, identify, and record information on job documents.
• Maintain a safe and productive work area and safe use of equipment.
• Meet production schedules and quality requirements.
• Identify, analyze, and resolve problems.
• Adhere to safety procedures and wear required protective equipment.
• Keep work area clean of debris.Perform other duties as assigned.
