About the Position:
We are looking for a Tooling Manager to join the Manufacturing AL& S team, reporting directly to the Plant Manager.
This position is based at our office in Cd. Juarez, Mex; Plant 1.

Responsibilities for Tool Room Department Management:
Manage Tool Room staff and ensure compliance with plant safety regulations. Oversee preventive maintenance schedules and keep KPI charts updated. Control departmental budget and coordinate with suppliers for mold repairs and critical parts. Maintain updated databases and lead weekly meetings to analyze mold performance issues. Implement improvement plans, update SQDCM dashboards, and ensure proper machine/equipment function.
