What a typical day looks like:
- Fabricate new metal stamping tool and fabricate jigs & fixtures for product assemblies
- Tool testing and fine‑tuning to ensure tool performance at optimum level
- Prepare first article sample (FAI) submission
- Tool repair, maintenance, modification and troubleshooting
- Setup tools (progressive compound and stage) to ensure they are in good performance
