Tooling Designer Engineer (Zacoalco de Torres)

The Tooling Designer Engineer is responsible for anticipating and preventing any type of tooling issues during and after transfer from our overseas plants, as well as from new projects.

• Collaborate with product development teams to ensure mold designs align with customer requirements and manufacturing feasibility.
• Develop and implement NX/TC 3D mold designs tailored to production and delivery goals.
• Ensure, together with the multidisciplinary team, that molds and processes are designed to efficiently and effectively produce high-quality products at the lowest possible cost.
• Estimate mold design project timelines accurately and deliver results within established goals.
• Provide support during tool installation and troubleshooting.
• Prepare technical drawings, specifications, and documentation.
• Communicate with suppliers and vendors for tooling procurement.
