Tooling Design Specialist Role (Stratford)

Drive innovation in tooling design within our Rolling Mills and Assembly divisions. This position focuses on fostering continuous improvement and implementing effective designs. As a Tooling Design Specialist, your central duty will be preparing tooling designs aligned with our New Product Schedule.

You will integrate quick-change methods and oversee the manufacturing of tooling to enhance efficiency. With your solid background in design and engineering, you will ensure that all tooling documentation is current and compliant. Bring your design expertise to contribute effectively to our manufacturing success.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop tooling designs for various new products
• Supervise first-use to ensure installation efficiency
• Produce detailed drawings and maintain accuracy
• Coordinate acceptable rework as necessary
• Document all tooling setups for control
