**Objective**
Responsible for overseeing the design, development, and implementation of die cast tools and equipment used in the die cast manufacturing process
**Main Responsibilities**
- They manage a team of engineers and designers, ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of high-quality tooling.
- Their duties include creating and implementing tooling designs for new product, optimizing existing tooling for quality and performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support development.
- Experience in engineering and design of dies for HPDC. Skilled in the use of CAD design tools such as Catia and NX for tool design.
- Understanding of the toolmaking process including tool steel selection and fabrication.
