Tool & Die Maker/ CNC Programmer

Minimum Requirements:

Minimum 5 years’ hands-on experience with CNC milling and turning machines
At least 2 years’ experience programming using CAM software
Proficiency in Edgecam and/or Fusion 360 is essential
Strong knowledge of machining principles, tooling, and materials
Ability to read and interpret detailed engineering drawings
Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving ability
Key Responsibilities:

Develop, optimise, and maintain CNC programs using Edgecam and/or Fusion 360
Set up machining processes to maximise efficiency, accuracy, and output
Translate complex technical drawings into precise machining instructions
Ensure all components meet strict quality and tolerance requirements
Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost reduction
Collaborate with production teams to drive operational excellence
