timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and type title commitments
• Verify property and borrower details for accuracy
• Review and update documents as required
• Maintain quality and meet turnaround timelines
Requirements:
• Good knowledge on Refinance, Purchase and REO transactions
• Basic knowledge of title/mortgage documents
• Proficiency in MS Word/Excel
• Strong attention to detail
