Key Responsibilities: Prepare and type title commitments Verify property and borrower details for accuracy Review and update documents as required Maintain quality and meet turnaround timelines Requirements: Good knowledge on Refinance, Purchase and REO transactions Basic knowledge of title/mortgage documents Proficiency in MS Word/Excel Strong attention to detail
