ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Plan, initiate, and execute complex and/or multiple infrastructure projects.
Support and coordinate international system integrations as part of enterprise initiatives.
Coordinate and support email and Office 365 migration activities, including merger-related efforts.
Facilitate IT project execution by ensuring quality, completeness, tracking, and reporting of work items across teams.
Create, manage, and maintain project charters, schedules, risk management plans, communication plans, budgets, gate reviews, and related documentation.
Collaborate with project team members and management to secure required resources and funding.
Coordinate work across client, internal, and vendor-based teams.
Analyze project performance, including actual versus planned variances.
Manage project closing activities, including operational transition planning and execution.
