Title Learning Specialist II (ME822)

Location: Mediclinic Corporate Office Dubai, United Arab Emirates

MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB

To support and guide the development of employee competence through the facilitation and evaluation of various learning and development programmes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS

• Identify and assess the learning and development needs of employees
• Develop learning and development interventions that effectively address learning needs
• Deliver planned learning and development activities
• Monitor and assess the effectiveness of learning and development interventions
• Document and report the outcome of learning and development interventions

REQUIRED EDUCATION

A relevant Bachelor’s degree or diploma. Certification in Training and Development or related studies is desired.
