Responsibilities
- Deeply understand the business objectives and the specific local landscape to make critical, data-driven decisions on risk mitigation strategies, effectively ensuring platform security in order to support regional business growth.
- Design and manage BPO workflows and SOPs to ensure that manual repetitive analytical tasks can be scaled through outsourcing. Partner with platform product teams to ensure that data pipelines are maintained such that queues are not impacted by data delays.
