Tier2 Resource Engineer

Job Responsibilities

• Provide Level 3 technical support to Operations in resolving complex networking issues that require expert-level analysis.
• Act as a technical consultant on network designs, vulnerabilities, network innovations, and tools efficiencies.
• Facilitate technical training programs for the entire division to develop their skills on existing and new technologies.
• Resolve incidents and reduce incident frequency, maintaining Network/Service Availability.
