Tier 3 NOC Engineer (Hybrid-Nightshift)

Overview

Responsible for specifying, managing, deploying and continuously improving systems related to Comcast’s Regional Area Networks in a 24/7 environment. Focuses on architecting, building, deploying and stabilizing code, services, systems and tools.

Drives standardization, service‑focused instrumentation and provides subject‑matter expertise. Resolves system issues escalated by the XOC desk, manages teams and partners with vendors for continuous improvement, and contributes to command and control activities focused on outage restoration.

• Develop solutions for complex network engineering problems and set new policies and procedures.
• Create systems engineering documentation to support troubleshooting and maintenance.
